Ring Ever After ("we", "us" or "our") is an independently owned custom jeweller based in North York, Ontario. This policy explains what personal information we collect when you use our website or contact us, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices and rights you have. We handle personal information in accordance with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).
Our website is served at ringeverafter.com and our contact address remains contact@costplusdeals.com while a change of name is completed. Correspondence sent to that address reaches the same business described in this policy.
We only collect information you choose to give us. We do not sell products through this website, and we do not take payment details online.

This website does not set advertising or tracking cookies of its own. We use Vercel Analytics, which measures page views and general traffic patterns without cookies and without identifying individual visitors.
We may in future add Google Analytics to better understand how the site is used. If we do, it will set cookies, and this policy will be updated before that happens.
You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings at any time. Doing so will not prevent you using this website.
Some pages embed content hosted elsewhere, specifically Google Maps on our booking page and YouTube videos on our diamond guide pages. We also load fonts from Google Fonts. These providers can collect data about you as though you had visited their site directly, and their own privacy policies govern that. If you would rather not load them, most browsers and extensions allow you to block third-party embeds.
Our website host and form provider operate servers outside Canada, including in the United States. Personal information stored on those servers may be accessible to courts, law enforcement and national security authorities in that jurisdiction under the laws that apply there.
This website is served over an encrypted HTTPS connection, and form submissions are encrypted in transit. Access to enquiry records is limited to the people in our business who need it in order to serve you. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so while we take these safeguards seriously we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Enquiries that do not lead to a commission are kept for up to two years, so we can pick up the conversation if you return. Records relating to a completed commission are kept for as long as your lifetime warranty remains in effect, and for any longer period required by Canadian tax and business records law. You can ask us to delete your information sooner, subject to those legal obligations.
